A Brooklyn native and St. John's University accounting graduate, Michael spent over 15 years at prominent CPA firms across NYC, NJ, and PA before founding MVA Tax & Advisors in 2015 — and bringing HGF PC under the MVA umbrella in 2024. His industry experience spans construction, food and beverage, professional services, real estate, manufacturing, and mortgage banking. Outside the firm he coaches youth baseball and serves as Treasurer of the Quakertown Youth Baseball Association.
